Following a recent damp problem in 2 bedrooms I contacted Arnold Building & Roofing and cannot praise the work highly enough. My call was responded to immediately and within a few hours I had a visit to inspect the problem, the speed of the response was excellent and far exceeded my expectation, even more so considering he was on holiday. The problem was identified immediately and the repairs were booked for the following morning. Not only was the work completed as promised they also found an additional problem which they fixed without any additional charge. Amazing response and outstanding service. Rang for a quote, they turned up at prearranged time, I was expecting lots of “oh dear”, lots of tut tuts, a hefty quote and we can fit you in in July stuff.
On the contrary, the quote was reasonable, the work started an hour after handshake and completed four hours later, excellent work done with jovial friendly people.

Contacted Arnold Building and Roofing with regard to some guttering and lead flashing problems. Their response was impressive visiting later that same day to view the problems and offer solutions at a fair price. The work went ahead as scheduled the following day and we are very pleased with the results. Very polite on site and no mess was left on completion. A severe thunder storm yesterday tested the work and it was all sound.

We are both very pleased with the service we received from Pat and the team. We had new guttering, soffits and fascia’s for the roof as well as a bay window. Work was completed exactly when arranged and did extra work for us for free. Excellent quality and work, definitely picked the right people for the job! If we need anything else we will be in touch.

Very impressed with the service. Within 24 hours of being in touch Pat came to assess the work we needed doing, and in less than a week started the work. Weather not great for working outdoors but work completed over a 2 week period. Ridge tiles replaced, long term dripping gutter problem solved & damaged tiles at front of roof replaced. Phil worked hard to complete the job very professionally. No hesitation in recommending.
